Barnes & Noble Corporate Website (2005)
This project was developed over the course of 18 months in collaboration with Frog Design, studio that provided the original design of the site. The website is supported and maintained on an internal CMS environment.
The website is the specific public relations center for the Barnes & Noble corporation, where users can find financial information about the corporation, as well as the latest news and press releases. It also includes interesting new features like store and author events locator.
This redesign of the B&N website was a considerable improvement over its previous look, which had remained the same since its inception in 1998. The new site went live in 2005.

Barnes & Noble Wireless Hotspot (2004)
|
Like many other corporations in the field, Barnes & Noble started deploying wireless services on its chain of stores.
In early 2004 we started experimenting with several interfaces for this service and additional features to help customers in their process of linking their computers while in their stores.
The interface for the Wireless Hotspot included visual elements of the new Barnes & Noble websites, as well as the corporate identity common to the stores.

Control Concepts, Inc. (2003)
Control Concepts is a NJ company specialized in the development of remote control systems for your the school, workplace, or home. In this project, Control Concepts, Inc. needed both the redesign of their website, and an interface where their clients could order specific models online.
We expanded the functionality of their new website by creating a web-based application that allows their customer to build, online, their remote system by choosing from a series of pre-determined modules. This process makes the task of ordering a remote control system more streamlined and direct.

Gillette.com (1998-2000)
Think New Ideas
Between
1998 and 2000, we designed, developed and maintained the family of websites of
the Boston-based multinational Gillette. This family of websites included
Gillette.com, Mach3.com, braun.com, and Duracell.com. This was the first major attempt by Gillette launch a web-based promotional campaign, including interactive media among the lineup of channels to advertise their new products.
In addition to the design, development and architecture of the sites, we helped Gillette develop a marketing campaign for the Mach 3 products, and helped them launch the first advertising for the new line of razors.
